Refund Policy
All maple syrup sold online at Mapleguys.com is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, simply notify us by telephone or email within 30 days of your payment date and we will ship you a replacement or refund your money less the initial shipping charges. We reserve the right to require that any portion of the opened syrup products be returned to us at buyer’s expense before a substitute is shipped or a refund issued.
With regard to all other items sold online at Mapleguys.com, only unused, undamaged, and 100% complete items can be considered for a return refund. With regard to refractometers (both Hanna Instruments and Misco), the manufacturers offer a one year warranty and any defective product will be replaced with a new instrument only (no cash refunds). All other disputes concerning buyer satisfaction will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Mapleguys.com. Shortages must be reported within 30 days of payment date. In order to qualify for a full refund less initial shipping costs, returned items must be received within 30 days of your payment date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended that a reliable and/or trackable shipping method is used, as Mapleguys.com is not liable for returned items never received. Refunds will be processed by Mapleguys.com within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Payment type of the refund (credit card, check, etc.) is at the sole discretion of Mapleguys.com.
