Grades of syrup:
Grade A Light Amber: Very light in color with a mild, delicate maple flavor.
Grade A Medium Amber: A bit darker in color with more maple flavor. Medium Amber is the most popular table syrup.
Grade A Dark Amber: Darker still, with a stronger maple flavor.
Grade B: Usually referred to as cooking syrup, Grade B is very dark in color with a very strong maple flavor. May even have a caramel flavor. May be used as table syrup or for cooking, baking or flavoring.
Maple candy and cream is available by special order. Please contact us for information/availability. Granulated maple sugar is sold in 8 oz. shaker bottles and 5 lb. bags and is delicious when sprinkled on buttered toast, cold cereal or when used to sweeten your coffee.
