Sap Hydrometer 12". 0-12 degrees Brix. For measuring sugar content in raw maple sap. Higher accuracy than the 7" sap hydrometer (divided into 1/10 degree increments).
Please note: This hydrometer is not compatible with our hydrometer cups (it is designed to float in a larger gathering container, as it is too long for the standard cup and too wide for the smaller 1" cup), nor is it to be used in the boiling process, as it will not determine when sap has turned to syrup.
